The showroom, after hours, just for your client.
We close the floor to walk-ins so you can walk a single client through the room without interruption. Most blocks run 90 minutes.
- Books one week out. Weekday evenings or Saturday mornings.

Do I need an account to use the showroom?
No — the showroom is open to walk-ins during regular hours. To unlock trade pricing, the sample loan program, and after-hours showings, apply for a Pro account. Approvals process within two business days.
How much is the trade discount?
Tiered by category and volume. Designers and architects start at a published trade-tier discount on lighting and decor. Builders and developers get whole-home and multi-lot pricing on approval.
What's required for net-30 terms?
A completed credit application, three trade references, and proof of business. Net-30 approval typically returns within five business days.
Can I borrow fixtures for a client mockup?
Yes — that's the sample loan program. Borrow up to four fixtures at a time for in-home mockups, photoshoots, or client presentations. Loans run 14 days standard.
Do you ship across the Tri-Cities?
Same-day delivery to most of the four-county footprint when ordered by 11am. Will-call pickup at any of our four counters is faster — usually under two hours.
What does the project takeoff service include?
Send us your set or BOM. We return a complete fixture schedule: pricing per line, stock confirmation at all four counters, lead-times, and spec-equivalents where needed.
How do I book a private after-hours showing?
