Return Window

Most stock items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt and in resalable condition.

Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee applies to most returned items. Special-order, custom, and cut-to-length items are non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Damaged-on-arrival or defective items are refunded or replaced at no charge.

Bring items to the counter at any of our four locations with your original receipt.
