How fast can I have this in hand?
In-stock items can be picked up same-day at any of our four Tennessee counters during posted hours. Delivery to a job site or shipping out of region typically lands in one to three business days. Call the counter for a hot-list shortcut on bulk orders.
Do you offer trade pricing for licensed contractors?
Yes. Set up a will-call account at any counter and we will apply your trade rate on every order, including walk-ins. Bring your contractor license and a business card the first time and we will have you set up in about ten minutes.
What is the return policy?
Unopened items in original packaging come back for a full refund within thirty days. Special-order and clearance items are non-returnable; we will tell you up front if your line falls in either bucket.
